Rental Agreement

A security deposit must be paid to the contact person or property owner on arrival. The amount varies by villa type (TRY 750–3,000). On departure, if damage is found during inspection, Gürha Travel reserves the right to charge the guest for repair costs.

The balance must be paid in full before check-in. Entry is not permitted until payment has been made to the authorised person.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 10:00 (for cleaning). Times may change with the owner’s approval and depending on availability.

Gürha Travel acts as an intermediary between owner and guest. Property issues must be resolved by the owner or contact person; we will assist if the issue cannot be resolved.

Property insurance (earthquake, fire, flood, natural disasters, etc.) arranged by owners does not cover guests. We recommend personal travel, health, and theft insurance.

No extra guests beyond those declared. If occupancy exceeds the maximum stated for the property, the owner may remove guests or charge an additional fee.

Cancellations must be notified to Gürha Travel at least 30 days before arrival. Otherwise: • 30–15 days before: 50% of the balance is charged; deposit is non-refundable. • 14–0 days before: 100% of the balance is charged. No refund if the guest leaves after check-in for any reason.

Kaş courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction in case of dispute.

This agreement comprises 9 articles in two copies, signed on 08/10/2016: one copy for the guest, one for Gürha Travel, and one for the property owner.
